SILVER encapsulated rotary screw compressors: we offer the user all our experience.
Our innovative concept of fully enclosed rotary screw compressors is the outcome of a special design aimed at reducing the user’s maintenance costs. Rapid and easy access to all components means that these compressors can be serviced more quickly than any other screw compressor. The new SILVER compressors are fully enclosed (<67 db/a noise levels) and feature TEFC drive motor, WYE Delta Starter, ASME coded air receiver, and synthetic compressor lubricant as standard equipment. The SILVER compressors, in the new compact and reliable version, are easy to transport and to install.

Industrial Air Filters
Our compressed air treatment filters are manufactured to guarantee a degree of purity of the air that remains constant throughout the whole operating cycle. The standard supply of the differential gauge and condensate discharge does indeed mean that you can constantly control the efficiency of the filter and extend the life of the filtering element, guaranteeing over 3000 hours of operation under rated conditions. The constructional material of the filtering elements is the outcome of constant research and innovation and guarantees a high filtering power and low pressure dropping, which is beneficial in terms of running costs. The aluminium containers are painted with epoxy powder paint, which is resistant to the corrosive and abrasive action of aggressive agents. An optional differential gauge that electrically controls the filter clogging and automatic condensate discharge can be installed on request.

Air Receivers For Compressed Air Plants
The use of an air receiver in a compressed air system satisfies the highest levels of air consumption and regulates the working cycle of the compressor. The tank can also act as a condensate pre-separator, since the compressed air that passes through the tank is chilled, which does indeed transform part of the humidity into condensate, thus facilitating the treatment of the air downstream. FIAC tanks are epoxy powder painted and are supplied complete with accessories (ball valve, gauge, safety valve, manual condensate drain tap). For special requirements, you can also request them to be galvanized. The range includes tanks with capacities of 26 to 238 gal (100 to 900 liters), which comply with standard EC 87/404 and tanks with capacities from 528 to 793 gal (2000 to 3000 liters, which comply with standard PED EC/97/23. On request, we can even supply 2642 gal (10.000 liters) capacity.
